Tasked with designing a small timber structure that would display and promote hand saws as part of a sales exhibition. Part of the project involved producing a set of observational and technical drawings of the saws. The design of the structure was to then stem from the saws, with a strong perpendicular pair of axes in plan, responding to the two main types of handsaw, rip and crosscut.
